A pretty wedding in the clouds…. Waiheke Islanders Nat and Greg’s day was dreamy, intimate and kissed by the heavens. Joined by a small number of special guests at Greg’s Mum Patricia’s home, we cozied up inside a cottage for the ceremony and then got to play in the fields & on their own private swing bridge – bliss!! And that smile – Nat was glowing! Thanks for being troopers and braving the chill, mud and light rain – but what a perfectly happy day! xx

Bruce + Joanne
Cozy cuddles, belly laughs, warm hearty food and great company – just a recipe for a great winter shin dig! I started on the journey with Bruce & Joanne two weeks prior to their wedding – photographing them as a couple as is traditional in Joanne’s culture. We had a first look at their home followed by an adventure about the Mountain…. stopping where we thought the scenery would photograph beautifully. Our Mt decided to hide, but the sun burst through, breaking up any icicles and casting some beautiful light. Then came the wedding day – a true chiller – thank goodness for traditions! Held at Deken’s Barn, a perfectly intimate ceremony with their nearest and dearest. Heartfelt vows, a tea ceremony and finished off with a boot kicking burn up on the D floor….Thanks for your awesomeness! xx
